4 Injured in Police Chase Crash on Franklin Boulevard [Sacramento, CA]

Suspect Arrested after Pursuit Ends in Crash near Fruitridge Road

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (February 22, 2019) – Four people were hospitalized early Friday evening following a police chase crash on Franklin Boulevard. The identities of the victims were not immediately disclosed to the public.
 
According to the Sacramento Fire Department, the pursuit started on 47th Avenue, at about 5:00 PM. A short time later, the suspect vehicle crashed into multiple vehicles near Fruitridge Road.
 
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported four people to local hospitals with unspecified injuries. Further updates on their current medical conditions were not provided. Meanwhile, the driver was arrested after he attempted to flee the area.
