Two Females and Two Children Hospitalized after Crash on 83rd Avenue in Tolleson

Tolleson, AZ (September 23, 2022) – Friday evening, two adults and two children sustained injuries in a crash on 83rd Avenue.

The crash in Tolleson happened at around 5:15 p.m. on September 23.

Tolleson Police said the pickup truck was traveling southbound on 83rd Avenue and collided with the semi-truck that was turning northbound onto 83rd Avenue from Jefferson Street.

As a result, the pickup truck occupants, two female adults, and two children, ages 4 and 1, sustained serious injuries.

EMS rushed them to a hospital. Their condition is still unknown.

Meanwhile, police said the semi-truck driver did not sustain any injuries. Impairment is not a factor in the crash.

No other information is immediately available.
