Three Vehicles Involved in Collision near Beardsley Road
CAMARILLO, CA (October 17, 2018) – At least four people were sent to local hospitals after a multiple-vehicle crash on Central Avenue, early Wednesday morning.
The victims sustained minor to moderate injuries in the three-vehicle collision that occurred just before 6:00 AM, just west of Beardsley Road. It was announced that one person had to be cut from a vehicle by fire personnel, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The injured victims were rushed to local hospitals with unknown injuries. There are no updates on the current medical conditions of either person. Ventura County Fire Department officials directed motorists to avoid the area which had multiple jammed lanes. Events leading up to the collision are unclear at this time.
No other details about the incident have been released to the public, as the investigation continues.
