4 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 8 in Mission Valley [San Diego, CA]

Four People Hospitalized after Crash on Interstate 8 in San Diego

San Diego, CA (January 27, 2022) – Thursday afternoon, four people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 8 in Mission Valley.

The multi-vehicle crash in San Diego happened shortly after 1:20 p.m. on January 27, near Mission Center Road.

CHP said the crash involved multiple vehicles. 

EMS then transported three people to UC San Diego Medical Center in Hillcrest to be treated for injuries and one other was taken to the Jacobs Medical Center in La Jolla. 

No word on the extent of their injuries at this time.

Authorities continue to further investigate the cause of the crash.
