Afternoon 2-Car Crash on Highway 221 in Napa Sends Four People to Hospital
NAPA, CA (October 18, 2019) – Four people were injured following a two-car crash Friday afternoon in Napa, CHP officials said.
The crash happened around 4:12 p.m. on southbound Highway 221 at Magnolia Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver sedan and another car collided for unknown reasons. As a result, four occupants sustained injuries. Paramedics transported the patients to Queen of the Valley Medical Center for immediate treatment.
The impact also caused front-end damage on one car and rear-end damage on the other. Both damaged vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
An investigation is ongoing to determine who was at fault and to gather all the factors involved.
