Injuries Reported in Tulare County Auto Accident on Road 120 and Avenue 448
TULARE COUNTY, CA (August 25, 2021) – Tuesday morning, four people sustained injuries after a head-on crash on Road 120 and Avenue 448.
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 5:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Road 120 and Avenue 448, southeast of Orange Cove near the Fresno and Tulare county line.
Reports revealed that the crash involved four vehicles. Moreover, it included a Honda Civic and Honda Pilot that collided head-on.
Furthermore, after the first crash, a Chevy Tahoe pulled over to help the injured people. Then, a Dodge pickup rear-ended the SUV.
Moreover, responders transported two people to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. Both of them suffered critical injuries. Meanwhile, two more patients were given first aid at the scene.
Meanwhile, officers closed Road 120 to give way to crews clearing the scene, but have long since reopened.
