Injuries Reported in Santa Barbara Traffic Accident on Las Palmas Drive near Paloma Drive
SANTA BARBARA, CA (August 22, 2022) – Early Sunday, four people sustained injuries in a rollover crash on Las Palmas Drive near Paloma Drive.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. Also, the crash occurred on Las Palmas Drive near Paloma Drive.
Reports revealed that a BMW sedan lost control. Then, it rolled and struck a fire hydrant and a fence.
Moreover, responding firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated four occupants of the BMW. Also, officers confirmed that two patients sustained critical injuries, one had moderate injuries, and one person suffered minor injuries. Then, paramedics transported the four patients to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the events leading to the crash remained under investigation.
