4 Hospitalized in Los Angeles Accident on Highway 101 and Alisos Canyon Road
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 9, 2022) – On Tuesday, four people sustained injuries in a wrong-way crash on Highway 101 and Alisos Canyon Road.
According to fire Capt. Daniel Bertucelli, the incident happened at around 7:40 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Highway 101 and Alisos Canyon Road.
Reports revealed that a southbound vehicle traveling on the northbound lanes collided with another vehicle.
Moreover, firefighters responded to the scene and extricated at least three people trapped inside the wreckage.
Furthermore, CalStar medical helicopter rushed one victim to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital with critical injuries. Then, paramedics transported two more patients with critical injuries and one with minor injuries via ground ambulance.
Meanwhile, the incident remains under investigation.
