Driver Will Face Charges in Vancouver Traffic Collision
Vancouver, WA (August 14, 2023) – On Saturday morning, a 19-year-old driver and three passengers were injured in a DUI crash on SE 192nd Avenue.
The Vancouver Police officers responded to the crash scene at about 12:42 a.m. in the 3900 block area.
Officers said a southbound pickup crashed into a tree and a passenger was ejected from the vehicle. Responding officers located the victim in a field about 40 to 50 feet from where the crash scene.
The driver and all passengers of the truck were transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Officers said they believe alcohol was a factor in the accident. The driver will face charges including three counts of vehicular assault and minor consuming, once released from the hospital.
