38-Year-Old Everett Woman Injured in Highway 99 Suspected DUI Crash [Lynnwood, WA]

Highway 99 Suspected DUI Crash Injuries

Lynnwood, WA (September 06, 2021) – On Saturday, a 38-year-old Everett woman, and three others, were injured in a Highway 99 suspected DUI crash.

Investigating officers said a 31-year-old Grandview man, and two passengers were southbound in a Volkswagen Jetta at around 11:30 p.m. 

The Grandview man crossed the median and struck a northbound minivan head-on south of Lincoln Way.

Right away, rescuers took the Jetta driver and one of his passenger to the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. 

The paramedics also took the other passenger to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. 

Reports said none of them were wearing a seatbelt during the accident.

Meanwhile, officers took the minivan driver, a 38-year-old Everett woman, to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

Washington State Patrol continues to investigate the Highway 99 suspected DUI crash but believed alcohol or drugs were involved.
