Injury in Crash on University Avenue
North Park, CA (October 01, 2021) – On Wednesday, a 37-year-old woman suffered injuries in a crash on University Avenue.
The vehicular crash took place just before 11 p.m. at the 2600 block area.
Officers said the woman was westbound on University Avenue when a 19-year-old man struck her as he turned onto the eastbound side of the street.
Reports said the teen was making a left turn from Oregon Street when the accident happened.
Right away, rescuers took the woman to the hospital with a broken leg. Officers said her injuries are non-life-threatening.
