37-Year-Old Julia Elkin Killed in Marin Avenue Accident [Berkeley, CA]

Berkeley, CA (March 2, 2024) – 37-year-old Julia Elkin of Berkeley died following a Marin Avenue accident Sunday.

The fatal collision happened about 1:30 p.m. on February 12 on Oxford Street. 

Officers said the driver of a westbound vehicle on Marin Avenue stopped at a stop sign at Oxford Street.

Then, as the driver approached the intersection, the vehicle struck Elkin as she ran on the west side of the intersection.

Sadly, Julia Elkin died Sunday.

Troopers are still investigating this traffic accident.
