Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica
SANTA MONICA, CA (February 1, 2020) – A 35-year-old man died in a pedestrian crash Saturday morning in Santa Monica.
The crash happened around 7:10 a.m. at the intersection of Lincoln and Ocean Park boulevards.
The pedestrian suffered major head trauma and succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital, police said.
The driver of the vehicle stopped and remained on-scene.
Authorities did not release the identity of the victim pending notification of next of kin.
CHP officials are still investigating this fatal incident.
