Tukwila, WA (January 2, 2022) – On Sunday morning, a 33-year-old man sustained fatal injuries in an Interstate 5 pedestrian accident.

The fatal traffic accident took place before 3 a.m. on the northbound freeway at the State Route 599 interchange.

Reports say that the 33-year-old man stepped out of his vehicle after he rear-ended another vehicle. However, he was then fatally hit by a third vehicle.

Meanwhile, responding officers closed several lanes of the roadway while authorities investigated the Tukwila fatal accident.
