32-Year-Old Joseph Delbert Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on Cajon Boulevard [Muscoy, CA]

Muscoy, CA (November 02, 2021) – On October 28, 32-year-old Joseph Delbert died in a hit-and-run crash on Cajon Boulevard.

The authorities responded to the fatal crash scene at about 3:57 a.m. at the State Street intersection.

When they arrived, they  pronounced Delbert already dead on the scene.
