31-Year-Old Man Killed in E Herring Avenue Collision [Waco, TX]

Waco, TX (March 14, 2024) – A 31-year-old man was killed following an E Herring Avenue collision late Wednesday night.

It was about 11:54 p.m. when the solo-vehicle collision happened in the 1200 block area.

The investigators said the vehicle was traveling westbound at the time of the accident.

Sadly, a male passenger was confirmed dead at the scene. Officers said the deceased’s next of kin has been notified.

The driver and second passenger were rushed to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Officers are investigating.
