3-way Car Collision Caused Rollover Crash at Ferndale

Ferndale, WA (May 30, 2020) – A 3 car crash happened at the crossing on Main Street and 3rd Avenue in Ferndale on May 24 at 7:15 PM.

The crash turned a car on its side causing minor injuries to the parties involved.

The Ferndale Police and the Washington State Patrol responded to the scene and are investigating the cause of the accident.

Reports said that 5 individuals were inside the 3 vehicles. No one received serious injuries.

Official report indicate the vehicles involved include a 2 Toyota 4Runner (white and green) and a Nissan Rogue.

Eyewitness statements said that both Toyota’s waited to cross Main Street at 3rd Avenue while the traffic light remained red. Then, when the light turned green, the green Toyota crossed the intersection. Suddenly the Nissan entered the intersection and hit the green Toyota, which in turn crashed with the white Toyota. The impact of the crash caused the green Toyota to roll on its side.
