3 People Hospitalized After Crash on Highway 63 in Randolph County

Randolph County, MO (August 21, 2024) – Three people sustained minor to moderate injuries in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 63.

The report indicates that Sarah Dowling, 20, of Moberly, was driving a 2015 Chrysler 200 westbound on Business 63/Route NN when she failed to yield to southbound traffic. 

Her Chrysler was struck by a 2016 GMC Yukon driven by Caitlin Magers, 27, of Novinger, which was then struck by a 2019 Ford F150 driven by Daniel Hager, 51, of Wellsville.

All three vehicles veered off the left side of the road, with the Yukon hitting a sign and overturning, according to the report. 

All three drivers were wearing seatbelts.

Hager and Magers were transported by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia, while Dowling was taken to Moberly Regional Medical Center by a private vehicle. 

The report states that the Chrysler and the GMC were totaled, while the Ford sustained extensive damage.
