Female Driver Hospitalized after 3-Vehicle Crash on Highway 299 in Trinity County

Trinity County, CA (June 16, 2023) – Friday morning, a woman sustained serious injuries in a 3-vehicle crash on Highway 299 and Washington Street.

The crash was reported around 10:30 a.m. on June 16.

According to the CHP, a 2015 Honda CR -V was parked on a curb and pulled in front of a 1999 Dodge Ram traveling westbound on Highway 299. 

The Dodge Ram impacted the Honda CR-V, which caused it to hit another parked car. The female driver of the Honda CR-V suffered a broken right arm.

The female driver of the CR-V was transported to Trinity Hospital via a private party.
