3-Vehicle Collision on SR-138 Kills 1 [Lancaster, CA]

Lancaster, CA (September 1, 2023) On Monday, a 41-year-old Canyon Country resident died in a 3-vehicle collision on SR-138.

CHP Antelope Valley said the fatal 3-vehicle crash happened around 9:26 a.m. on State Route 138, just east of 110th Street West.

Reports say that a westbound 2021 Honda, driven by a 53-year-old Lancaster resident, an eastbound 2000 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by the Canyon Country resident, and a westbound 2017 Peterbilt, driven by a 49-year-old Denmark, Wisconsin, were involved in the crash.

Authorities pronounced the Chevrolet driver dead at the scene while the 2 other drivers were not hurt.

Officials are investigating the deadly 3-vehicle crash and have not provided additional information at this time.
