2-Vehicle Crash in Austin Results in Injuries

Austin, TX (May 26, 2024) – Three people have been hospitalized following a traffic crash on E Oltorf Street Saturday night.

Emergency units responded before 9:30 p.m. to the sedan vs truck collision at the 400 block of East Oltorf Street near the intersection with South Congress Avenue.

APD officers said the sedan was trapped under a transport truck and at least three people were extricated from the vehicles.

Moreover, five patients were involved in the collision and three of them were taken to area hospitals. One was taken to Dell Seton with life-threatening injuries. Two were transported to St. David’s South Medical Center with serious injuries.
