Hugo Guadiana and Frank Medina Dead in Oroville Accident
OROVILLE, CA (February 23, 2021) – Monday afternoon, three people died in a head-on crash on Larkin Road, between Mineral Way and Airport Parkway.
The incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. in the 4000 block of Larkin Road.
Chief of Police, Joe Deal, said that the crash killed three occupants of one vehicle. Meanwhile, other parties involved in the collision required hospitalization.
At this time, the authorities continue to investigate the cause of the fatal crash. Also, the authorities advised motorists to avoid the area because of the road closures.
By 8:00 p.m., authorities reopened Larkin Road between Mineral Way and Airport Parkway.
In an Oroville Police Department press release, the deceased were identified as Hugo Guadiana, 46, Frank Medina, 64, and Medina’s 9-year-old grandson.
