3 People Injured in Vehicle Crash on Highway 50 [Jefferson City, MO]

Jefferson City, MO (September 14, 2024) – Three people have been injured following a vehicle crash on Highway 50 Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened at about 3:45 p.m. over Lafayette Street involving four vehicles.

Troopers said an F-350 truck rear-ended a truck that was stopped in traffic and resulted in a chain reaction.

Three people sustained moderate injuries. Two of them were treated at the scene while the other was transported to a hospital.

Officers are investigating the Jefferson City 4-vehicle crash.
