3 Hurt in Simi Valley Three-Vehicle Crash on Sinaloa Road and Royal Avenue

 
SIMI VALLEY, CA (November 24, 2020) – Sunday afternoon, the people suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on Sinaloa Road and Royal Avenue.
 
The incident occurred at around 2:15 p.m. when a Toyota Prius driver hit a minivan. Then, the vehicle crashed with a Buick sedan. It occurred near Sinaloa Road and Royal Avenue, said Sgt. Lincoln Purcell, a spokesperson for the department.
 
Afterward, the Prius crashed into the curb, missing a gas meter, and crashed into a house. The incident caused minimal damage, Purcell revealed. Also, several reports said that the incident might have led to a gas leak. Fortunately, it didn’t.
 
The crash caused a foot-and-a-half puncture hole in the stucco. Luckily, it “didn’t penetrate the drywall,” Purcell added. “Building and safety cleared the house.”
 
Purcell also said that the three-vehicle crash sent three patients to local hospitals, excluding the bruised Prius driver. Two of the patients were taken to Los Robles Regional Medical Center. Then, another one was taken to the emergency room at Adventist Health hospital.
 
The authorities haven’t made any arrests. At this time, the authorities do not believe that alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
 
Moreover, police revealed that two drivers were cited for not obeying the cone pattern that cars away from the area.
 
Also, the authorities shut down Sinaloa and Royal for a couple of hours. They reopened it by 4:00 p.m.
