FOLSOM, CA (February 16, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, three people died in a head-on crash on Folsom Lake Crossing.
 
The incident happened at about 4:00 p.m. along the Folsom Lake Crossing near the dam.
 
According to reports, the crash involved two vehicles that both sustained severe damage. Meanwhile, Folsom police confirmed that one car drove across the center divider into oncoming traffic. Then, it crashed head-on into the other vehicle.

The authorities confirmed that two people died at the scene. Meanwhile, the other one died at the hospital. At this time, their identity remains undisclosed.
