3 Dead in Fontana Auto Accident on 15 Freeway and Sierra Avenue

 
FONTANA, CA (October 26, 2022) – Monday night, three people died in a wrong-way crash on 15 Freeway and Sierra Avenue.
 
The incident happened at about 11:40 p.m. on 15 Freeway and Sierra Avenue.
 
According to reports, a northbound car went into the southbound lanes. Then, it crashed with another vehicle just south of Sierra Avenue.
 
When the authorities arrived, they found a black Honda completely engulfed in flames with two occupants trapped inside.
 
Then, officers declared an unidentified male and female dead at the scene. Moreover, a trapped female in a maroon Kia hatchback also succumbed to injuries at the scene.
 
“It is unfortunate when we have wrong-way drivers, especially when it’s something that’s preventable,” CHP Sgt. Ryan Robbe said.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
