3 Injured in Crash Caused by Alleged DUI Driver in Brentwood
BRENTWOOD, CA (February 4, 2019) – Three people were injured after two vehicles collided in the City of Brentwood. The accident happened at around 10:51 p.m. on Tuesday at John Muir Parkway and Eagle Rock Avenue, officials said.
One of the injured parties was flown by a medical helicopter to a local trauma center, while the others were transported via ground ambulance. One person sustained a head injury and the other had a dislocated hip.
The East Contra Costa Fire Protection District, Engine 52, and Brentwood Police also responded to the accident.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash as per East Contra Costa Fire.
