Driver Arrested after Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash on West Segerstrom Avenue in Santa Ana
Santa Ana, CA (June 17, 2022) – Thursday night, three people sustained injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash on West Segerstrom Avenue.
The crash in Santa Ana happened at around 11:00 p.m. on June 16 near the intersection of South Lowell Street.
Reportedly, officers tried to stop a red 2001 Ford Mustang that was speeding near a street takeover attempt at the intersection of South Main Street & East Alton Avenue. They then later started the pursuit when the driver fled.
While fleeing, the driver crashed into a palm tree and rolled over
EMS transported three patients, the driver and the two passengers to a hospital in unknown condition.
Police then later arrested the driver of the Mustang for speeding and evading.
