Washington State Trooper Injured in 3-Vehicle Crash Between Sullivan Road and Flora Road
Spokane, WA (October 26, 2020) – On Friday, at about 10 a.m. a Washington State Trooper was injured in a rear-end multi-vehicle crash between Sullivan road and Flora road.
Moreover, Trooper Jeff Sevigny says the trooper’s vehicle was a victim of a read-end crash when he was conducting a traffic stop on Interstate 90.
Additionally, Sevigny says that the collision caused the vehicle to ram the vehicle the trooper pulled over, causing injuries to the driver as well.
Furthermore, all three motorists are taken to the hospital due to injuries suffered from the crash, fortunately, none are life-threatening.
Lastly, the weather did not play a factor in the crash as snow fell after the actual collision. The offending driver will be facing charges for vehicular assault, says Sevigny.
Dealing With Crash Injuries
According to the United States Department of Transportation, there are approximately 300,000 merging accidents every year.
Roadways, while scrupulously created and mapped for efficient travel, are one of the most dangerous settings.
Moreover, as common of an occurrence as they are, many people do not suspect what follows in the event of a car crash.
The most valuable step you can take in response to a vehicle crash is hiring a personal injury attorney.
“Personal injury attorneys prioritize your recovery while securing your future from further losses a severe accident can bring. A common misconception is that personal injury lawyers don’t care. That is simply not true. Injury lawyers care about and want justice for their clients. We are driven by the desire to make our clients whole again,” says Steve Baric of Sweet Lawyers, an attorney practicing for over 40 years.
