Three Hospitalized after Multi-Vehicle Collision in South Watt Avenue Sacramento

 
Sacramento, CA (May 8, 2020)– Thursday afternoon, three people sustained severe injuries in a multi-vehicle crash in South Watt Avenue and Kiefer Boulevard.
 
The CHP responded upon receiving crash reports at around 2:10 p.m. on May 8. Dispatched officers arrived and located five sprawled vehicles on the scene.
 
Reportedly, there were about five vehicles collided at the intersection of South Watt Avenue and Kiefer Boulevard. However, what leads and who’s at fault to this collision remains under investigation.
 
As a result, EMS personnel transported three unidentified individuals to an area hospital in critical condition. Their current situation has not yet updated.
 
Furthermore, officers closed all northbound lanes of S Watt Avenue for about an hour during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the area has since reopened.
