3 Hurt in Concord Multi-Vehicle Accident

CONCORD, CA (February 5, 2019) — Three people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle car crash between three vehicles on February 4.

The CHP revealed that the three people injured will be OK.

According to CHP, the incident occurred at 9:43 a.m. on northbound Highway 242 between the Concord Avenue and Grant Street exits. Officials are still not able to identify the cause of the collision.

Due to the crash that caused severe traffic, a Sig Alert was issued at 10:02 a.m. since the incident blocked the far left lane. It was then lifted by 12:21 p.m.
