Three People Hospitalized after Multi-Car Crash near Acacia Drive

SAN MARCOS, CA (September 22, 2018) – Three people were hospitalized late Saturday morning following a multi-vehicle accident on West San Marcos Boulevard. The identities of the victims were not immediately available to the public.

According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the incident took place at about 11:33 AM near Acacia Drive. Officers arrived at the scene and found a Volvo, a sport utility vehicle, and a sedan involved in a collision. Events that led to the crash were not released.
