Two-Car Crash in Castaic Leaves Three People Hurt
CASTAIC, CA (May 27, 2019) – Three people were injured following a two-car crash Monday night in Castaic, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The crash happened just before 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Hasley Canyon Road and Cambridge Avenue.
Officials responded to the scene and located a blue Honda Civic and a silver Acura SUV. Airbags were deployed in one of the cars and a female occupant was trapped inside.
A total of three patients were injured and taken to a hospital for proper treatment.
Traffic in the surrounding area was severely impacted for a period of time following the crash, according to officials.
An ongoing investigation continues to determine the ultimate cause of the accident and liability.
