Injuries Reported in Menifee Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 74 and Menifee Road
MENIFEE, CA (July 25, 2024) – Wednesday morning, 3 people suffered injuries in an alarming 4-vehicle crash on Highway 74 and Menifee Road.
The crash involving four vehicles happened just before 11:00 a.m. on Highway 74 and Menifee Road, the Riverside County Fire Department revealed.
Meanwhile, the agency reported that several engine crews arrived at the scene and discovered one of the four vehicles on fire. Fortunately, all occupants had safely exited the vehicle.
Firefighters put out the fire shortly after 11 a.m. Reports confirmed that two people sustained moderate injuries and were transported to a regional trauma center for treatment. Another person had minor injuries but did not need hospitalization.
Meanwhile, the California Highway Patrol and Menifee police officers partially closed the intersection. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
