EAST COUNTY, CA (February 28, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, three people sustained injuries in a head-on crash on State Route 94 near Lillie Lane.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 2:45 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on State Route 94 near Lillie Lane.
 
Reports revealed that two pickup trucks collided head-on for still unknown reasons.
 
Moreover, responders transported one person with moderate injuries and two people with minor injuries to a hospital. Also, two dogs in one of the vehicles were not hurt in the crash, Cal Fire spokesperson Thomas Shoots added.
 
Furthermore, the incident blocked both directions of State Route 94 but has long since reopened.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remains under CHP’s investigation.
