Injuries Reported in Fresno Auto Accident on Highway 180 and Newmark Avenue
FRESNO, CA (April 14, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, three people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 180 and Newmark Avenue.
The incident happened at about 3:45 p.m. on Highway 180 and Newmark Avenue.
According to reports, an SUV tried to turn onto Newmark Avenue from westbound Highway 180. However, the driver failed to see an eastbound grey sedan on the highway. As a result, the two vehicles crashed.
Meanwhile, officers said that three SUV occupants failed to wear their seatbelts. As a result, the impact ejected them from the vehicle. Then, responders airlifted one person to the hospital. Meanwhile, two others went to the hospital via ambulance.
