Injuries Reported in San Diego Auto Accident on 6th Avenue and Cedar Street

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 19, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, three people sustained injuries in a solo crash on 6th Avenue and Cedar Street.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident happened at around 12:30 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on 6th Avenue and Cedar Street near Interstate 5.
 
Reports revealed that a southbound grey Toyota Camry swerved to the left. Then, it drove onto the east sidewalk where it collided with a light post and a parking meter.
 
Moreover, responders transported the Toyota driver with minor injuries. Then, two men were struck by debris. One of the men sustained minor injuries and one suffered life-threatening internal injuries.
 
Furthermore, officers blocked the northbound offramp at 6th Avenue to give way to the investigation.
