3 Hospitalized after Tulare County Car Crash
TULARE COUNTY, CA (March 26, 2020) – On Tuesday evening, three people sustained injuries in a car crash on Road 196 in Tulare County.
The California Highway Patrol revealed that the car crash occurred on March 24 at around 5:30 p.m. on Road 196 and Avenue 144.
The collision involved a green Nissan Altima that did not yield to a stop sign. The Nissan then crashed into a red Dodge Charger at the intersection.
The impact of the crash left two people with serious injuries. The two were both airlifted to the Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia.
Meanwhile, a third person with moderate injuries was transported to Sierra View Medical Center in Porterville.
The authorities also temporarily shut down the roads in the area while they worked on the scene.
The crash remains under active investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
