3 Hospitalized after Victorville Car Accident

VICTORVILLE, CA (January 18, 2019) – Three people sustained injuries and were hospitalized after a car crash on Hesperia Road on January 17.

It was around 9:30 a.m. when the Victorville Deputies and San Bernardino County Firefighters came to respond to a two-vehicle collision on Hesperia Road, south of Green Tree Boulevard. When they arrived, they found a brown Toyota Avalon and a gray Kia Sorento with major damage and occupants were pinned inside.

The firefighters freed the Kia’s female driver who sustained an arm injury. The Toyota’s male driver and a female passenger were extricated from the vehicle.

The three people injured were taken by American Medical Response ambulances to local hospitals.

As a result of the crash, both directions of Hesperia Road was closed as deputies conducted an investigated and worked to clear the scene.

The factors that caused the crash is still being investigated.
