3 Hospitalized in Fresno County Traffic Accident on North Dickenson Avenue and West Barstow Avenue
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (April 22, 2021) – Wednesday, three children sustained injuries in a crash on North Dickenson Avenue.
According to CHP, the two-vehicle crash happened at around 5:15 p.m. Moreover, it occurred at North Dickenson and West Barstow avenues.
Reports revealed that a Toyota Camry, without looking left or right, stopped and pulled out in front of an eastbound GMC truck, Sgt. James Del Carlo said.
Thus, responders transported three passenger children to a hospital.
Moreover, paramedics airlifted one child to Community Regional Medical Center with major injuries.
Meanwhile, the other two children sustained moderate injuries and were transported in a ground ambulance.
Furthermore, authorities confirmed that the driver of the two vehicles was OK.
Also, officers do not believe that alcohol and drugs played a role in the crash.
