28-Year-Old Woman Critically Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Clearwater Avenue [Kennewick, WA]

Kennewick, WA (February 08, 2022) – On Sunday, a 28-year-old woman sustained critical injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Clearwater Avenue.

Officers received the crash report at about 9:35 p.m. between Edison Street and Arthur Street.

Investigating officers say a car struck the woman while she was crossing the avenue.

Right away, the emergency responders took the victim to a hospital with critical injuries.

Moreover, the involved driver and occupants of the car pulled over and ran from the scene. 

Meanwhile, the authorities said that the car involved was not listed as stolen at the time of the hit-and-run. 

Also, there is no information on how many suspects were involved in the collision.

A K-9 track led the officers to the suspect’s belongings. However, they did not catch anyone.
