One Fatally Struck on Main Street
Watsonville, CA (May 7, 2022) – On Thursday night, a 24-year-old Watsonville man sustained injuries in a Main Street hit-and-run crash.
The emergency rescuers arrived at the scene at around 10:30 p.m., in the 1900 Block area. Then, they found the victim who was struck by a vehicle.
Immediately, they airlifted the victim to an out-of-county trauma center, but the man died early Friday morning.
According to the witnesses, a white four-door sedan drove away from the scene toward Highway 1.
