DUI Crash on Harbor Drive Injures Rider
San Diego, CA (December 17, 2021) – On Wednesday, a 24-year-old male motorcyclist on a 2014 Aprila RSV4 motorcycle sustained injuries in a DUI crash on Harbor Drive.
The traffic collision happened at around 5 p.m. in the 2400 block area.
Officers said a 41- year-old man driving a Nissan Versa was parked along the. Then, the motorcyclist broadsided the Nissan as the driver turned left from the curb.
Afterward, the Nissan Versa struck the motorcyclist.
As a result, the rider was ejected from his bike and sustained a broken leg.
Right away, the emergency responders took the injured rider to a hospital, while the authorities arrested the Nissan driver under suspicion of DUI.
