22-Year-Old Woman Killed in Hills Valley Road Collision [Fresno County, CA]

Fresno County, CA (October 18, 2024) – A 22-year-old woman was killed in a Hills Valley Road collision Wednesday afternoon.

It was about 4:15 p.m. when the deadly vehicle crash happened north of Manning Avenue.

Investigators said a Toyota was northbound passing other traffic. Then, a southbound GMC Sierra swerved to avoid the passing vehicle. 

As a result, the Toyota driver lost control of the vehicle and was hit by a northbound Dodge.

Responding officers declared the Toyota driver, a 22-year-old woman, deceased.

The Dodge driver was taken to an area hospital for moderate injuries.

Officers said all other parties involved in the collision incurred moderate injuries. 

Meanwhile, the authorities are investigating if any alcohol and/or drugs were involved in the Fresno County deadly crash.
