22-Year-Old Woman Injured in Fruitvale Avenue Collision [Oakland, CA]

Oakland, CA (July 21, 2024) – A 22-year-old woman was injured in a Fruitvale Avenue collision Saturday afternoon.

It was about 1 p.m. when the traffic accident happened on Foothill Boulevard.

Apparently, the accident appeared to have started as a chase involving Daly City police.

The woman was shopping on her birthday when a gray Lexus struck her as she stepped out of the store. The victim went up in the air and fell on the floor.
