1 Hurt in Mira Mesa Motorcycle Crash on Camino Ruiz and Marauder Way

 
MIRA MESA, CA (November 22, 2020) – Saturday morning, a 22-year-old motorcyclist suffered injuries in an accident on Camino Ruiz and Marauder Way.
 
The crash between a motorcycle and a Toyota Rav4 happened at 10:30 p.m. According to reports, the motorcyclist was heading north on Camino Ruiz at Marauder Way.
 
Then, he broadsided the Rav4, said Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department. Heims added that one driver failed to yield at a red light. However, they haven’t clarified which driver did.
 
As a result of the crash, the rider suffered multiple fractures and was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
 
Meanwhile, the Toyota driver was uninjured.
 
The crash on Camino Ruiz remains under active investigation.
