Pedestrian Killed in Route 210 Freeway Traffic Accident
Fontana, CA (January 26, 2023) On Tuesday evening, a pedestrian sustained fatal injuries after a vehicle-pedestrian collision on 210 Freeway.
CHP says that the deadly traffic accident happened at about 9:50 p.m. on Route 210 Freeway, west of Alder Avenue.
Authorities say that an eastbound 2016 Kia driven by a 25-year-old San Bernardino woman struck an unidentified pedestrian walking in the No. 1 lane.
Officials pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. No word on why the pedestrian was walking in the freeway lanes were given at this time.
The CHP is investigating the pedestrian collision and have not released further information at this time.
