2 People Hospitalized in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on 1100 Garnet Avenue
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 31, 2022) – Sunday morning, a 21-year-old man sustained injuries in a pedestrian crash on 1100 Garnet Avenue.
The incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. at the 1100 blocks of Garnet Avenue.
According to reports, an eastbound black 2022 Harley Davidson Street Glide motorcycle struck a male pedestrian walking northbound across the roadway.
Moreover, paramedics transported the 21-year-old pedestrian to UCSD Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Also, responders transported the 30-year-old male rider of the motorcycle to Scripps Mercy Hospital with minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers believed that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.
Meanwhile, the crash remained under investigation.
