Toddler Injured in Everett Pedestrian Accident
EVERETT, WA (October 23, 2019) – A 2-year-old girl sustained critical injuries in a pedestrian accident on 7th Avenue on October 18.
According to reports, the child was run over by a full-sized Toyota Sequoia. Authorities received reports of the crash at around 4:40 p.m. in a private driveway in the 10700 block of 7th Avenue SE.
The driver stated that when he turned into a corner on the private driveway, he didn’t notice the child.
Authorities ruled out alcohol, drugs or reckless driving as a factor in the collision.
Meanwhile, responders took the child to Providence Regional Medical Center. The extent of her injuries is still unknown as of this time.
