2-Vehicle Fatal Collision on Highway 58 [Bakersfield, CA]

Bakersfield, CA (May 27, 2022) On Thursday, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) is investigating a fatal collision on Highway 58.

According to the CHP, the fatal crash between 2 vehicles happened near the Frito Lay Plant at around 4:30 p.m.

Moreover, reports say that one of the vehicles was overturned and ended up on its roof.

The CHP closed west and eastbound lanes temporarily during the investigation.
